Delivery Times
Typically your order should be with you within 7 working days from payment being cleared. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, subject to availability. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please log into your account and check your order status before contacting us.
*Please note we do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs quoted are relevant to UK customers only. If you have a requirement to ship elsewhere in the EU, or you would like to use registered post, please use our contact form to discuss possible postage options and prices, before placing an order.
Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received. Shipping is based on the total order value. This cost is visible in your shopping cart and will be updated as products are
added or updated.

We have a flat rate for postage of £12.50
Returns
You must notify us of all returns, and the reason for their return before posting them and within 72 hours of receiving your delivery. You may return unwanted goods within 7 working days for a refund provided that the product is unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. However, please note we will only refund the return shipping cost for faulty goods and we will not refund the cost of items returned to us without prior notification. You will be responsible for the safe return of all goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels therefore we strongly advise you to use a traceable postage method.
Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your delivery please check to make sure that the packaging has no visible signs of damage. If you feel that it has been damaged in transit please contact us using our contact form, stating the nature of the problem. In order for us to carry out investigations with our shipping partners please contact us within 72 hours of receiving delivery. All packaging must be retained for possible inspection.
